Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Crown Rituals accepts returns of unused unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or the incorrect item was received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Crown Rituals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Crown Rituals reserves the right to deny refunds for items that:
- Show signs of use
- Are returned damaged due to improper packaging
- Are not returned in original packaging
- Are returned outside of the eligible return window
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regularly priced items may be eligible for return or refund. Sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
If a sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Crown Rituals will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
Crown Rituals only replaces items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the incorrect item was received.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer exchanges for opened or used personal care products unless the item is confirmed defective.
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: elle.vee@mycrownrituals.com
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
If your exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive store credit if the item is eligible for return under our return policy.
if the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
All gift returns must meet Crown Rituals return eligibility requirements, including being unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on the part of Crown Rituals.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Crown Rituals is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Shipping times for exchanged or replacement products may vary depending on your location.
